• How can I modify the shirt size associated with my subscription?

Please be advised: Modifications made after your renewal date will not go into effect until the following month.

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign-in at “My Account”
  2. Click “My Subscription”
  3. Click “View”
  4. Click “Change Your Size” (found under “Subscription Totals”)
  5. Select your desired size from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click “Save”
• Is it possible to change the ship date/charge date of my subscription?

The auto default for all subscriptions is to ship and charge on the 1st, 5th, or 15th of every month, as selected upon checkout. However, if there is a specific date that you would prefer, please email us at info@matchback.org to let us know the preferred date, and we will be happy to immediately update your account.

• Is it possible to donate both bundles every month?

Sure thing!

Follow these steps:

1. Log-in to “My Account”

2. Select “My Subscription”

3. Select “View”

4. Select “Donate My Bundle This Month”

• I do not want to receive the upcoming month's bundle. How do I pause a month?

Follow these steps:

1. Sign-in at “My Account”

2. Click “My Subscription”

3. Click “View”

4. Click “Pause a Month”

After the skipped month, your subscription will resume as normally scheduled.

• What is a renewal date?

MatchBack is a monthly subscription service. As such, your subscription will auto-renew on a monthly basis. The renewal date is the day of the month that your bundle will be sent, and your card will be charged.

• Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Great idea!

If you are signing-up for the first time, be sure to put the gift recipient’s address in the Shipping Address field. You will enter your details in the Billing Address field.

If you already have an account:

1. Log-in to “My Account”

2. Select “My Subscription”

3. Select “View”

4. Select “Change Address” and enter the gift recipient’s name and address.

NOTE: Both the shipping address used for the subscription and your default shipping address for future purchases will be updated.

• How do I order multiple subscriptions?

For ease of use, please create a new order for each subscription that you would like to purchase. Note that you only need one account, there is no need to create multiple accounts for each order. All subscriptions can be independently managed from your account where you can easily edit shirt-size and ship-to address.

• What about corporate ordering?

We love working with businesses! Give us a call at 844.43.MATCH or email us at info@matchback.org and we will get things rolling.

• Can I order for a group?

Bulk ordering is available. Contact us at 844.43.MATCH or email us at info@matchback.org and we’ll get you all set up!

• Can I preview upcoming designs?

I know, we can’t wait either. Upcoming designs are revealed on the 25th of every month on the “PREVIEW” page.

• What if I want to return my order?

We’ll still be friends. Give us a holler at 844.43.MATCH or email us at info@matchback.org, and we’ll happily refund 100% of your purchase price.

• How can I exchange my order if I got the wrong size?

Get in contact with us at 844.43.MATCH or email us at info@matchback.org and we will get a new shirt out to you right away. And don’t worry, exchanges are always 100% free.

• Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to end your subscription whenever you decide.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

No hard feelings!

4. Click “Cancel”

• How do you choose what organizations to partner with?

There are many elements that we consider when selecting the organizations that we partner with. After we have identified an organization which serves our mission’s purpose, we establish a relationship with a point of contact who has the first-hand knowledge of the youth they serve. If an organization contracts with us they have promised to be an effective partner by selecting the recipients using our agreed upon terms and by distributing the MatchBacked bundles in a confidential, timely manner.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

• When will I be billed each month?

You will be billed on the anniversary date of your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on the 5th of the month, your method of payment will always be processed on the 5th every month.

• When will I receive my MatchBacked bundle each month?

Your bundle will always ship out on the anniversary date of your subscription using USPS standard ground shipping. For example, if you subscribed on the 5th of the month, your subsequent bundles will always ship out on the 5th every month.

• Can I track my order once it ships?

Yup! Once your order leaves our hands you can expect to receive a shipment notification email that will include the tracking number for your order.

• Can I send a note to my matched youth?

Not currently. But be sure to follow us on Facebook or Instagram to stay up-to-date with the most current news on our Teens-in-Need Network.

• What if I am a new MatchBacker and join after the 1st of the month?

We know you’re excited, so once we receive your order, you and your matched youth will get sent the current month’s bundle. No waiting around for the month to end!

• What do you do with my personal information?

Don’t worry, we’re not the type to kiss and tell. We will never give your sell your information to any 3rd party entities.
